You and I are both at a crossroads. Your path and mine have crossed for just a brief moment in time. But then what? Crossroads are usually a place or time of decision. Hopefully this will be the case for you.

I am quite certain in working with many men and women in business and life, there is a good chance that you have some decisions to make or there are changes that you would like to see happen.

Let’s start at the beginning with ‘Why are you here?’  What has happened to bring you to the point of decision? Don’t blame or dodge responsibility here. Be honest with yourself. What have you done, or didn’t do that put you in this position? Don’t just think about it, actually write it out and make it concrete.

Another way to look at it, given what you know now, if you had known that back at the beginning of this situation, what would you have done differently? “I would have…!”  Now you are getting somewhere.

Go back even further and start thinking about “What on earth am I here for?” Knowing the purpose of your life journey will give you the energy that you need to make decisions and act with confidence. It will provide that peace of mind that only comes from doing what you know you are supposed to do.  There is more to this crossroads that you and I have encountered. I hope at this crossroads that you have decided to start asking yourself, “WHY?”
