Businesses have put together strategic plans the size of War and Peace. It sat on the shelf, but no one used it. The core to Leadership mapping is a tool that we call BlueMAPs. It will help anyone who uses it to achieve their God given purpose, goals, and vision.

BlueMaps are based on two pages that provides a 50,000-foot view of your life or organization today, and a 1000-foot perspective of what needs to happen this week.

Page one is what we call your Blueprint. It involves all of the normal strategic type questions, such as your purpose, vision, and mission as well as fears, passions, strengths, weaknesses, value proposition, etc. that apply to your situation.

Page two is the Map of where you want to go in five years all the way down to this week and what did you do on a daily basis. Again, all designed to custom fit your particular situation as a person, manager, or business owner.

Yes, there are more pages that feed into the BlueMAP, such as goals, projects, “Think Abouts,” and problem-solving worksheets. All of the tools that you need are available. If something is missing, and you have a specific need, we can help custom design what you need.
