Stan Broesder has always had an interest in business, especially small business entrepreneurship. He was influenced by his parents growing up. His dad was a carpenter/contractor with his own business. In addition, his mother also had her own business for several years. At 9 years old, Stan started his first business selling lightbulbs door to door! Over the years, he has ventured into several business opportunities.

Stan earned his Master’s in Business Administration while employed as a Contract Administrator. He worked his way into that position (managing millions of dollars in assets, projects, and contracts) because of his creativity and leadership abilities. He created and was instrumental in redesigning and implementing an inventory system which provided quality control and efficiency. As others saw his potential as a leader, he was often consulted for business advice while working in this position.

Stan has now been consulting with individuals and business owners for almost 30 years, assisting them to reach their business goals. However, in the last 10 years he has come to realize that business success is not about production cycles and delivery schedules. Instead, success is being able to influence others to be productive and encourage them as they reach their goals. He had developed a passion and desire to share this with others, “Because All Business is Personal!” As Zig Ziglar said, “You can have everything in life you want, if you help enough other people get what they want.”
