This is a three session workshop: Date To Be Determined
You will receive the foundations and applications of Leadership Mapping. Starting with how Leadership Mapping can help you personally, whether a home maker or a home builder to a corporate executive or a front-line worker.
Once you develop your own personal map, then you will walk through the “Map Your Gap” process for leadership. This will focus on the skills of influencing others. When you can help enough people get what they want then you will be able to get what you want. Helping others to be successful is critical to your own success.
Then you will advance your map application to an organizational structure of any kind that you may be a part of. It doesn’t matter if it is a corporate enterprise or a non-profit charity or church. Where there are levels of authority and delegation you will greatly improve getting positive results.
You will have questions that are unique to you. This workshop will allow you the opportunity to ask specific questions and get pointed answers to move you forward on this journey.
